Our short supply chain starts at the sea and arrives step by step to your plate. Since 1904, the sea has been teaching us how to respect its rules and its seasons. Food safety, traceability and logic of the short supply chain system are just a part of a set of values we strongly believe in and strive to promote.
Simplicity and tradition are the main premises of our cooked menu which is created from scratch every day, in order to highlight the raw materials by avoiding too much condiments and allowing you to taste in a unique way the truly fresh and accessible seafood.

A European leader in the fish market, F.ll Manno has been maintaining its fishermen family tradition since 1904.

For over 40 years the company has been active on the Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole markets, directly managing the auctions of the Costa d’Argento cooperative.

The VIVO project was born in Capalbio on 24th of June 2013, with its main goal to increase the value of the Tyrrhenian fish which our dear sea provides us every day.
